1. Service-Based Business

As our services involve time, expertise, strategy, and digital deliverables, refunds are subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Project Cancellation

  • Clients may request cancellation before work has started and may be eligible for a full refund.
  • If work has already begun, a partial refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.
  • No refund will be provided for completed milestones, delivered work, or approved project stages.

3. Shopify Store Design & Development Services

  • Once the project has commenced, setup fees and development charges are generally non-refundable.
  • If a project is cancelled after design or development work has been completed, refunds will not be issued for completed work.
  • Any custom development, theme customization, or design work delivered to the client is non-refundable.

4. SEO & Marketing Services

  • SEO and marketing results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, and market conditions.
  • Therefore, refunds cannot be provided based on rankings, traffic, leads, or sales performance.
  • Monthly SEO or marketing retainers are non-refundable once the service period has started.

5. Client Delays

If a project is delayed due to the client's failure to provide required content, access credentials, approvals, or feedback, refunds will not be issued for work already completed.

6. Satisfaction Concerns

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to address concerns and provide revisions where applicable under the agreed project scope.

7. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact us first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of services and legal recovery of delivered work and associated costs.
